Our History
2013
Platinum Developer was founded in 2013 with a vision to redefine urban living through high-quality, sustainable real estate developments
2015
During this period, Platinum Developer successfully completed its first residential community of 50 townhouses
2016
Platinum has acquired approximately 125 townhouses’ worth of land across the suburbs of Wantirna, Keysborough, and Boronia
2018
By the end of this year, Platinum Developers will have completed over 200 townhouse developments.
2019
With growing demand, Platinum Developers has expanded into new regional markets and acquired 85 acres of land in Strathtulloh for upcoming residential projects
2021
2021 Platinum Developers has acquired a major stake in Buildbourne Pty Ltd, marking its strategic entry into the construction industry
2023
The company has diversified into luxury developments and acquired additional import-export businesses to expand its portfolio.
2025
As of 2025, Platinum Developer continues to lead with a strong pipeline of residential, commercial, and mixed-use projects
